Most delicious and fresh sour cherry style “Kisel”

When you deserve dessert you should try "Kisel". This is very light, also natural and healthy. Its attractive colour and fantastic delight makes you happier.

  • 1 liter fresh sour cherry juice
  • 4 tablespoon wheat starch
  • 1 or 1,5 glass off vanilla-sugar (or granulated sugar)
  • Sufficiently vanilla ice cream
  • Basilicum for decorate
  • Prepare sour cherry juice by wring out or boil them.
  • Boil sour cherry juice in the dip saucepan.
  • When it is nearly boil melt the wheat starch with 1 glass of sour cherry juice. Add it to the boiled sour cherry juice.
  • When it is swell, add sugar switch off the heat.
  • Before cool down, split them to the pans.
  • It is getting cold in refrigerator.
  • Serve in plate and decorate with vanilla ice cream and basilicum.
  • If you want, you can try with orange or cranberry.

Wow, Kisel! Such a lovely surprise! We usually make this with cranberries but sour cherry is more gourmet I believe ;-) Great presentation indeed!
