Here I present the special version of shrimp. Pickled shrimp is very simple to cook and amazingly quick recipe. You will use this recipe in sandwiches, salads. I hope you will like its delicious and wonderful taste.
Ingredients:
- 500 g shell-less shrimp or 750 g unpeeled shrimp
- 1/2 parsley haulm
- 1 twig of celery haulm
- 1 small onion
- 2-3 bayleaves
- 2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 sliced lemon
- 1 tea glass lemon juice
- 1 tea glass cider vinegar
- 4-5 bayleaves
- 2 teaspoon individiual white pepper
- 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
- 2 teaspoon coriander seed
- 2 teaspoon mustard seed
- 2 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 teaspoon shredded lemon peel
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2-3 slices of lemon
- olive oil
- 1 small onion
Directions:
- In a large saucepan, add abundantly water, sliced onion, minced parsley and celery seeds, spices and lemon slices.
- Boil about 1 hour. Then add shrimps to vegetable juice and boil 5 minutes. Filter and cool it.
- If you use unpeeled shrimp boil 10 minutes and peeling them.
- Mix, spices for brine and sliced onion with cooled shrimps in a glass bowl and pour them in a jar.
- In a bowl mix lemon juice, vinegar, salt and olive oil. Then pour them to the shrimp's jar.
- Keep them in refrigerator.
- You will serve them after 5-6 hours or if you want keep them about 2-3 days.
- Consume in one week.
- Choose small shrimps.
